Business Description & Guidance:	This is the value, as at the relevant date, for all outstanding liabilities and obligations (that is funding transactions) that are collateralised by legal rights to specifically designated assets owned by the borrowing institution.

ARF_210_1A	Label: Guidance:	Secured funding Include also short positions that do not have specified contractual maturities. This item is only applicable to ADIs that has a secured CLF with the RBA approved by APRA for LCR purposes. For an ADI that does not have a CLF with the RBA, please enter a zero amount. Include transactions secured by RBNZ eligible securities under this item.

ARF_210_3_2	Label: Guidance:	Secured funding Report in the maturity bucket based on the estimated amortisation of principal arising from the pass through nature of the liabilities and the estimate of the date when the clean-up call will be exercised.
ARF_210_4	Label: Guidance:	Secured funding For warehouse funding, report in the maturity bucket based on the maturity of the warehouse funding line. For non-dated debt, the maturity is to be based on a conservative estimate of the earliest date when the clean up call will be able to be exercised and the amount is to be based on the estimated amortisation of principal arising from the pass through nature of the liabilities. For those instruments with fixed maturity dates, report the amount based on the remaining maturity of the debt.
